Pimms2 A Pimm’s Cup!

During the Studio Tour, we served Pimm’s, which is a very refreshing drink from England that is perfect for hot weather. It was a hit and several people asked for the recipe, so here it is. (I should say there are many recipes out there but this is what I made, and it was rather tasty, if I do say so myself. Oh yes rather.)

First and foremost, you need Pimm’s as well as Lemon/Lime Soda (I used Sierra Mist), ice, oranges, cucumber and fresh mint.

I put a bunch of ice cubes in my pitcher about 1/3 up. I added about 1/3 of the bottle of Pimms, added a bunch of oranges (probably about 1 or 2 all chopped up) about 10-15 slices of fresh cucumber and a generous bunch of mint. Frankly, you can add TONS of anything because it just makes it taste better. Top this all off with your soda, give it a stir, sit back on a hot summer day and have a lovely chin wag with your mates.

Blimey that’s good! Cheers!
