There are those people in the world who just can’t get enough of marmite…my husband included. I, on the other hand, am not convinced it needs to be in the cupboard. However, there is a recipe that uses marmite that I absolutely LOVE. It’s an appetizer and it’s so easy to make. It’s a sheet of puff pastry that you roll out to about 1/4 inch in thickness. You slap on some softened cream cheese over the whole thing. Then marmite and then some shredded sharp cheddar. Roll the whole thing up like a pinwheel and slice and bake. I know for those non-marmite types this sounds utterly disgusting but I promise you, it is outrageous.
